With multiple outlets, pastry kitchen and banquet operation, your development and learning is never ending. Congressional Country Club also seeks to develop and promote from within.

Congressional Country Club is looking for Team Members that believe the impossible is possible. Driven to continuously make a positive impact on the organization and believe that as a team we accomplish more.

What will be expected of you:

  • Assist in food delivery, storage and issuing food items
  • Check mise en place before service time and inspect presentation of food items to ensure that quality standards are met
  • Able to follow recipes / menus with little to no direction
  • Consistently maintain high standards of quality, cost, eye appeal and flavor of foods

How we determine your qualifications:

  • Great opportunity for culinary students
  • Knowledge or experience of saut, broiler stations, modern cooking and plate presentation techniques
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
