Do you believe that every function and person in the support department (accounting, IT, etc.) is part of the overall strategy, and it's your place to make sure they feel that way?

Is your best partner in the organization, the Head of the Human Resources Department?

To understand the business, do you have to be out in the field, in the restaurants, in the Pro Shop?

Do you naturally collaborate with other leaders to ensure success of the organization?

If you answered yes to all the question above, then you should know Congressional Country Club is seeking Chief Business Officer. The Chief Business Officer leads the accounting, IT and communication team members. Oversee the financial activities of operation and business with the companies' culture at the core of strategy.

  • Look at the business cross-functionally'spend time in each department and with Members. "Visit" Members regularly, and make Member satisfaction a top requirement for the entire team.
    • Proactively help Department Heads turn visions into action items & initiatives.  (~80% of time should be spent "in the field," with only ~20% of your time focused on accounting)
